The event is 5-11 p.m. Saturday, March 2, at The Polk City American Legion Post 232. There will be live music, a buffet-style dinner and both a silent and live auction. Tickets are $40,

The Final Salute is an organization that ensues that no one goes unclaimed. The proceeds will go to burying 24 unclaimed veterans and some of their spouses.
