Graduate Prayer Wall

Alli will be graduating from Winterset High School & will be attending the University of Iowa this fall for nursing. Prayers she finds a good group of friends & continues her path in her Faith.

Graduating from SE Polk HS. Jordan will be attending DMACC for a year, then transferring to Iowa State to study engineering. Prayers for guidance, protection, Godly friendship’s, peace, courage, purpose, joy and a heart that will continue to walk closely with you God!

Perry High School. Currently working at Hy-Vee, really wants to drive, but can’t afford a cdl license. Prayers for His upcoming journeys into adulthood, to grow in Christ, and for strength to learn and grow from any trials that befall him.

Sarah is graduating from Iowa State University with her BA in elementary Education. She will be teaching first grade in Cedar Rapids in the fall and getting married next June. Pray for her to hear and follow God’s wisdom as she journeys into the next chapter of her life.

Scout will graduate from Indian Hills Community College with her Dental Hygiene A.A.S. Please pray that she successfully passes the National Board of Dental Hygiene and Clinic Board exams along with finding the right dental office to begin her career. Scout also plans to continue her education taking online classes next year.

Graduating from Waukee high school, going to play basketball at Minnesota west tech this fall. Pray for wisdom, safety, maturity and to grow in his personal relationship with Jesus!

Graduating from Indian Hills Community College with a double AA and transferring to UNI in the fall to complete her BA. Please pray for wisdom and a close walk with the Lord.

Kennedy will be graduating from University of Iowa and continue her education at law school this fall. We pray she continues to praise God for the abundant blessings and find joy in her journey.

Graduated from DMACC with Construction Management. Praying God leads him to the right job!

Connor is graduating from Carlisle High School I pray God guides him with wisdom and confidence, and that he finds joy and fulfillment in all his future endeavors.

B.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from Eastern Illinois University Riley will continue her full-time employment with Wabash General Hospital while searching for employment that will allow her to fully utilize her educational knowledge and skills. Please pray that Riley will always trust God is beside her guiding her daily and has the perfect plan for her.

Grand View Christian School Class of 2025 This fall, Austin will attend Faith Baptist Bible College to study Organizational Leadership and compete in both soccer and track. Please join us in praying that Austin continues to shine the light of Christ and be a strong, positive influence on his teammates and all those around him.

Iowa State University Possibly attending Bethel University for Graduate School. Pray that she gets accepted and continues to expand her knowledge in the area of Social Work. Pray that she continues to manage working full time while taking classes.

Alexis (a grand niece) will be graduating Boone High School and will be attending college in the fall.

Brianna is graduating from Boone High School and will continue working at Hy-Vee in Boone and attending DMACC after graduation.

Hanna is graduating from Drake University with her doctor of pharmacy degree. Her next step is doing a PGY1 residency next year at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, IA. Please pray that her year goes well and all her dreams come true for her career as a pharmacist. She has worked so hard to get to where she is!

Lauren is graduating from Western Governor’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. We are very proud of her and ask for your prayers as she discovers her next steps in her career and her life.

Bella is beautiful, intelligent, kind young woman. She is graduating from high school this year and starting college at Iowa State this fall. I pray that God continues to richly bless her life and guide her in all decisions.

Laken is graduating from Central Decatur High School. Future plans are to attend college for occupational therapist. Pray for Laken’s safety and guidance in starting her new chapter.

My oldest son, Aidon is graduating from Dallas Center-Grimes HS. He’s currently working at the City of Perry since he finished classes after 3rd term. He has a few options he’s pursuing this fall (full-time work or operator’s school for heavy equipment) so prayers for guidance, love and protection to surround him. I pray he finds the Lord again and stays close to God as an adult.

Clara is graduation from Ankeny High School. She will be attending Iowa State in the fall and majoring in Music Education. Our prayer for her is that she will get involved in a campus ministry and will keep God first in everything she does!

ISU She’s graduating with bachelor’s degree in business admin. She believes in the best in everyone. She’s building her career in the banking industry. Her graduation is bitter sweet. I as her mom will be there but her dad relapsed back into his drug habit & is currently incarcerated & isn’t physically able to see her graduating this Friday 5/16. She will have a difficult time with him missing from another big moment in her life. 15 years of her life I raised her alone battling w/his addiction & barely keeping up with financial choices I pray she understands how important her choices are.

Sophia is graduating from Dowling Catholic next week. She will be heading to Iowa State University in the fall. She will be studying Kinesiology to be a physical therapist. She has a strong faith and has led many retreats during her time at Dowling, and our request for prayers is that she always stays close to God and trust the path that He has for her life, and that she continues to grow in her faith at ISU.

Lizzy is graduation from Bondurant Farrar CSD on Sunday. She persevered through a neurological disorder and actually completed the necessary credits ahead of schedule. We are unsure as to her future plans as we need to focus on her health first. However, she would like to pursue computer programming and/or massage therapy! Prayers are always welcome and much appreciated.

Bella Y. Is graduation from Ankeny Centennial High School. She will be attending Cedarville University in Ohio. Prayer request for safety on her future travels back and forth. She is not sure of what her major will so just pray for the Lord to reveal to her what would that be. Please pray also that she will feel at home and the new school and God would watch over her and equipped her to spread His gospel and to use her in anyway possible.

My youngest sister, Isabel, is graduating from A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (aka medical school!) this month. Her residency will bring her and her husband back to the Des Moines area, for which we are thrilled. We pray that God guides her, and her husband, as they navigate the next steps of moving and the demanding schedule of a medical resident.

Caleb graduates from Ankeny Centennial this year. He wants to go into construction, and go to trade school for that. He’s been diagnosed with autism and ADHD, so just prayer that he would be a successful, happy adult who loves Jesus despite his diagnoses. His dad went to be with Jesus about 18 months ago, and that’s been really hard.

Jenna will be graduating from Iowa Law School. One week later she will be getting married! She will spend all summer studying for the bar exam and in the fall she will work for BrownWinick Law Firm in Des Moines doing trusts and estates. Please be praying for strength and endurance while studying for and taking the bar. As well as blessings in her marriage and to be a reflection of Jesus in her future legal career!

Graduating from the University of Iowa Law School. She’s going to have an externship at the NCAA Headquarters in Indianapolis for a year (she’ll come home in July to take the Bar exam) and then go back. She wants to go into sports law. Pray she keeps her eyes on Jesus.

Tanner is graduating from Southeast Polk High School. He plans to attend Iowa State University this fall. He has really grown in his faith and concern for others over these last few years. He has become a young man that we are so proud of. Please pray with me that he finds good friends and a biblical-based church in which he will continue to grow in his relationship with Jesus and have good discernment regarding the things of this world.

Joselyn will graduate from North High School and will be attending University of Norte Dame to study Neuroscience. Please keep her in prayers as she will be away from family.

She is graduating from Iowa state University and she wants to be an interior designer. Pray she can find her way and stay strong in her faith!

Claire is graduating from Des Moines Hoover High School. She will begin attending Simpson in the fall studying to become an elementary school special education teacher. Pray she keeps God first as she starts this new adventure.

Noah is graduating from Waukee Northwest High School. Noah enjoys theater and was blessed to be able to have a part in both high school plays this year. Noah has been accepted into DMACC for theater arts and would also like to study nursing. Due to Noah’s dad’s passing we are unable to afford to send Noah to college this year. We are praying and believing for the ability to do that some day soon. Please join us in prayer for Noah. Thank you and God Bless.

Carly is graduating from Norwalk High School. She will be attending Iowa in the fall studying premed and is joining the Iowa Softball Team as a pitcher. Prayers for Carly to stay healthy, strong and connected to her faith during this exciting next chapter!

Kyler is graduating from Ankeny High School. He plans to attend Grandview University in the fall. He is a special young man and loves the Lord. We are excited to see what God has planned for him.

She is graduating from Iowa state University and she wants to be an interior designer. Pray she can find her way and stay strong in her faith!

Kierra is graduating from DMACC with her Vet Tech Degree. She plans on applying to local vet clinics. Our prayer is that she finds purpose with whichever clinic that she chooses and that she may continue to seek Jesus in her new journey.

UNI , she will have a degree from the finance school at UNI and has a job in St. Louis. She will be farther away from family and I pray for her protection and peace in her new home and her life.

Ellis is graduating from Ankeny Centennial.  She is leaving on a nine-month mission trip to serve in developing countries. Her faith will be tested along the way.

Ryan is graduating from Pella high school and is going to work for a local HVAC company. Our prayer is that he would find purpose in whatever trade he chooses and that he would shine Jesus’ light to those he’s surrounded by.
