On November 12th, 2024 my mom Robyn received her breast cancer diagnosis, and while I thank God they caught it early, we prepare for a lumpectomy next Wednesday the 21st. Through medication the lump (undetectable by palpating) had shrunk, but in order to have surgery we had to get her A1C under control which has happened over the last 5 months. I thank God for giving her the strength to never give up, after this surgery she will have to undergo radiation for 2-3 weeks, 5 days a week just as a precautionary measure. I am grateful and thankful for her cancer team I know it could have been much worse but I am so grateful. So I ask for prayers for the doctors hands, a speedy recovery, and strength for the next steps and the months and years to come.
