Circle of Freedom, located at 400 E 4th Street in Seymour, Iowa, is holding an Open House to show their recently completed “House Grandmother” apartments. Circle of Freedom is a Christ-based nonprofit organization ministering to women struggling with life-controlling addictions. The apartments are located in the north wing of Circle of Freedom’s residential recovery home.
Becoming a “House Grandmother” is a great opportunity for retirement-age and older women who are living a consistent Christian life-style, have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus, and would enjoy being part of our Circle of Freedom family by being a positive, Godly role model for our students. Women who are approved as House Grandmothers will then be eligible to rent one of our apartments.
These are completely renovated, unfurnished Independent-Living Apartments with a full kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, and large closets. The rent includes all meals provided in the main dining room with students, apartment cleaning and laundry services performed by our students with staff supervision, and all utilities. Meals, laundry and cleaning services are optional. There is also a patio area and community room with washer/dryer specifically for these 5 apartments.
