McLaren’s Resthaven Chapel & Cemetery invites the community and members of the media to attend their 94th Annual Memorial Day Service of Remembrance to honor the service men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to serve our country.
The Memorial Day Service of Remembrance will include:
• Honored Keynote Speaker Brian Ring State American Legion Commander
• The presentation of colors by the Patriot Guard Riders of Iowa
• The Wall of Flags by the Patriot Guard Riders of Iowa
• Invocation and benediction by Chaplain Colonel Dean Baer, Iowa Army National Guard, Retired
• Music by Greater Des Moines Community Band and Jackie Schmillen
Event is held outside-Lawn chair recommended.
