This event was originally scheduled for July but was rained out—we’re excited to bring it back this October.
What’s a Ruck?
A “ruck” is simply a walk with a weighted backpack (though weights are optional!). It’s a great way to get outside, get your heart rate up, and build community. Whether you’re carrying weight or just walking, everyone is welcome.
What to Know:
This is an outdoor event — rain or shine.
Please dress appropriately for the weather.
No special gear is required, but a backpack or weighted vest is recommended if you’d like to ruck.
