The 5th Annual Kingdom Living Recovery Festival will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Riverview Park in Des Moines. This free, family-friendly event celebrates recovery, hope, and second chances, offering a day of community connection and positive engagement for people of all ages.
The festival will feature live music performances, inspirational recovery speakers, food trucks, a kickball tournament, bounce houses, and face painting. Additional activities include a DIY tie-dye T-shirt station, family games, a kids’ playground area, and a meet-and-greet with superheroes. Recovery vendors and community organizations will also be on-site to share resources and support services.
Open to the entire community, the Kingdom Living Recovery Festival provides a welcoming space for individuals in recovery, their loved ones, and anyone who values the strength and resilience of second chances.
