Maybe you’re already hearing those dreaded words from your kids this summer: “I’m bored!” How about taking a road trip? One that’s budget-friendly, fun, AND educational? Well, I asked my friend Brooke Bouma, host of Road Trip Iowa on IPTV, to help me understand a place we could go—right here in our own state—that would be fun but also educational for the kids (and us) this summer. And she’s got some amazing suggestions of things I didn’t even know were in Iowa!

Caleb graduates from Ankeny Centennial this year. He wants to go into construction, and go to trade school for that. He’s been diagnosed with autism and ADHD, so just prayer that he would be a successful, happy adult who loves Jesus despite his diagnoses. His dad went to be with Jesus about 18 months ago, and that’s been really hard.
