It doesn’t matter how old we are, there’s always something new to learn and ways we can grow. In my own life, I’m always working on getting those good-for-me habits to stick. Habits to help me be healthier physically, mentally, and spiritually. And sometimes it can be tough to get a habit (like daily prayer) to really take root in our life. So, I decided to ask my friend Christina Hannan, the host of the Praying Through Scripture podcast, about this very thing. How can we make prayer a daily habit in our life?

Caleb graduates from Ankeny Centennial this year. He wants to go into construction, and go to trade school for that. He’s been diagnosed with autism and ADHD, so just prayer that he would be a successful, happy adult who loves Jesus despite his diagnoses. His dad went to be with Jesus about 18 months ago, and that’s been really hard.
