Wits end and anxiety issues

Man it's only Tuesday and feels like everyone is running to me to help with their burdens and all I have is God to run to. Trying to break my lease with my slumlord to move in a well kept and mold free home instead, how do I tell this landlord of why I am moving without him becoming a jerk. Have a month to get packed up and moved, I turned 60 this year and never planned to have my life be like this. Is this part of God's plan? Will there be more hassles? I'm feeling worn down.
