Before Thanksgiving I had my annual physical and blood work. My doctor is concerned with my eGFR (kidney function) levels and has referred me to a nephrologist for further examination. Last week I started getting some bad vertigo and not sure what it’s related to. Maybe my kidneys or BPPV. Please pray for answers and healing.
The vents in my house were giving off a plastic burning smell so I got a couple different companies to check out my furnace. Turns out I will need to replace the furnace and air conditioner. I also have been having some car trouble, possibly alternator issues. Please pray for finances.
For the past couple of months I have intentionally prayed that God would grow my relationship with Him. I think he is answering that now. When God calls me to have joy in suffering He isn’t asking me to be happy all the time. He is asking me to seek Him, ask for His peace that transcends any feeling or understanding, and find the joy of the Lord in Him.
As Tauren Wells says in his song, “If it’s not good then He’s not done! There will be joy in the morning!” Amen!
