Financial miracle

I could use prayer for my finances. I've been off work and started a job but it just doesn't pay enough and I'm really struggling to keep food on the table and getting bills caught up. I have collectors calling me back to back and it's not that I don't want to pay them it's I don't have the money to pay them. I have to choose to pay rent and food over getting my bills caught up. I feel like God is no where to be found and I'm really trying to stay positive but I am beginning to wonder does he even care. Thank you in advance for your prayers. They are truly appreciated.
